By accessing newsnetwide.com (NewsNetWide) you agree to these terms. If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, that organisation is bound by them too.

Fair-use news linking

NewsNetWide aggregates headlines, summaries and links from third-party publishers. We display brief excerpts under fair-use and do not reprint full articles. All full stories live at their original source, to which we always link. If you are a publisher and object to your content being indexed, email info@mellizosservices.com for removal.

Sponsorship disclosure

Sponsor placements (country pins, category partnerships, founding partners) are always visibly labelled as sponsored and can be dismissed. They never alter the editorial ranking of stories and have no influence on importance scores.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape the site or API at volumes that degrade service for others.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data.
• Do not submit spam, defamatory, or unlawful content through the contact form or future account features.

Service availability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. NewsNetWide is an early product; data, scoring, and coverage may be incomplete or occasionally incorrect. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Paid plans

When paid tiers launch (daily briefs, more frequent recaps), subscriptions will be handled by Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the billing period. Refunds are at our discretion.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mellizos Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on its content.
